Exaggerated scale and movement is the essence of the European Baroque style of the 17th century. The Calais Collection features bombe shaping, richly sculpted bases and olive Ash Burl diamond tops. Calais is crafted from radiata with an aged chestnut finish. Dry brushed edges, distressing and rasping give an aged and lovingly worn heirloom appearance. The Baroque styled custom hardware has an antiqued brass finish and includes a pierced backplate, key ring, rigid bale pulls, and knobs.
