Home Living Furniture (we, us) may document completed deliveries with photographs taken inside the customer's residence solely for business and customer-service purposes.  These images are not used for marketing purposes, but may be shared with delivery partners or credit card or finance companies in helping resolve disputes or chargebacks.

What we photograph

• The delivered furniture item(s) placed at the delivery location.
• The photo is intended to show the delivered item's presence and condition at the time of delivery.

What we do not photograph

• People (customers, children, family members), whenever possible.
• Personal or sensitive items such as mail, photographs on walls, computer/TV screens, medication labels, financial documents, valuables, or other private details.
• If a person is captured incidentally, we will use reasonable efforts to minimize visibility (e.g., retake the photo if feasible).

How we use and share the photos

• Photos are used internally by authorized personnel only.
• We do not sell delivery photos or share them publicly.

Retention and deletion

We normally retain delivery photos for 120 days after delivery for customer service and dispute resolution. If a claim, warranty issue, chargeback, or other dispute is open, we may retain relevant photos until the matter is resolved. In limited cases where recordkeeping is required by a third-party finance provider or applicable law, we retain documentation for the required period and then delete it.

Customer choice
If you prefer not to have an interior delivery photo taken, please tell our delivery team before installation/placement is complete. We may offer an alternative confirmation method (e.g., signature acknowledgment or photo taken at doorway/threshold) when practical.
Note: For certain high-value items, third-party deliveries, or dispute-prone situations, we may require documentation to complete delivery; we will communicate options at the time of delivery.

Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to store delivery photos and limit access to staff with a business need.
